Suffolk-based Property Search and Relocation Agent, Rebecca Regis offers a personal and tailored home buying service that is dedicated to finding you the perfect permanent or holiday home, in Suffolk, Norfolk or Essex.

As a buying agent, Rebecca’s main aim is to find the right property to suit your requirements, at the right price. Her excellent relationships with all the East Anglian agents and many other contacts within the market, mean that Rebecca Regis can often get you in to see properties first, even before they have officially come to the market.

Firstly, she would like to meet you to begin an initial consultation to assess your exact requirements. Ideally this would be at her home in Suffolk, or at a mutually convenient location. She regularly travels to London for the day to meet with prospective clients. 

Then, if you wish to take the process further and in order for you to become her Retained Client, Rebecca will need to formally register you as her client. On registering with her, you will be asked to pay an initial fee to cover her exclusive property search services. A further fee is due at exchange of contracts once a suitable property in Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex has been found.

Once you have registered with Rebecca Regis she will then register your requirements with the relevant East Anglian estate agents, liaise with her network of contacts and, arrange for you view a shortlist of suitable properties as soon as possible.

Rebecca will be in constant contact with the agents on your behalf. She can also preview and filter properties, saving you time and wasted journeys. 

Once she has found a suitable property – whether that’s a turnkey home, a renovation project or plot of land on which to build your own contemporary home – Rebecca can advise on acquisition and act on your behalf on the negotiations and see you through to a successful completion.

When contracts have been exchanged, a further fee based on a percentage of the purchase price of the property, will be due. This fee is subject to VAT @ 20%.
