After a trip to London to meet my new client in June I had to get her to Orford quickly to see this very special house which was discreetly available. A true once in a generation opportunity with beautiful gardens and elevated views to the sea. Amazingly all sides pulled together and completed within 6 weeks. I am so grateful to my client for trusting me, to Tom Orford @primesuffolkproperty @savills for believing in my client and to lawyers on both sides, who communicated well with each other for a 6 week completion. All while managing a particularly protracted purchase. Back in time for tennis in #dennington and a much needed bucket of rosè @denningtonqueen A busy, beautiful day in beautiful places. I love seeing the balance of nature and farming in these quiet tucked away parts of Suffolk which are getting harder to find. I have some fabulous clients at them moment, both looking for that rural escape. Different size properties and different budgets but being private, quiet and tucked away are equally important. Rory McIlroy, Shane Lowry and Luke Donald. I felt quite inspired…although my enthusiasm may pass before the end of the weekend! A lot of very excited people following them. Party time!
