I have certainly made this lovely couple very happy who managed to secure this special house ‘off market’. It was also thanks to their faith in me, their commitment and understanding of the rarity of finding exactly what they wanted that helped secure this house. (Yes there are a few) The house was so welcoming as the vendor handed the house over immaculately clean, freshly cut lawn, labelled keys and printed house information pack. There were even a few freshly chopped logs by the fire and homemade flapjacks. These little touches make such a difference to a new start. This has been such a smooth purchase as communication was great on both sides and the seller had prepared all the relevant paperwork in advance of selling so enquiries could be effectively responded to swiftly.
